WE'RE HAVING A BOY!!!!
Today we got to go have our 20 week ultrasound. I was very nervous going in (normal Mom behavior, I'm sure) and I just couldn't wait to see our little baby! Little did I know that I would leave that room knowing that I am going to have a SON! *sigh*
Everything was perfect! All of his organs are forming just as they should be, we could see his fingers and toes wiggling around and we even saw him putting his hand in his mouth! The technician said that all of his bones and organs are right at 20 weeks when she measured him which is right on cue! He's a very punctual little fella. The only thing that went wrong was that he wouldn't hold still in the right position long enough for the tech to get a good shot of his heart! He kept putting his sweet little hand up to his face (sometimes it looked like he was praying...he's very spiritual, you know) So we have to go back again in a week. Which is fine by me because that just means I get to see my little man again.

your lucky my doctor hasn't even done any of the above things yet and i'm almost 28 weeks... I'm still waiting on the referral to get that stuff done.

I'm so glad you are blogging because I feel so out of touch living on the West Coast. I'm so stinkin' excited for you and Derek and your little boy to come. Can't wait to hear more.
